March 4, 2014 Ice Climbing Report (Thanks Lyle and Jean-Marc)

Highway 99 South – Duffey Lake Road

Mark, Richard and I (Jean-Marc) had a 4am start at Synchronicity Sunday (Mar 2). First time on the route. We made it to below the final tier, which looks like 2 pitches. Ice quality was variable for pro, but provided great climbing. What an approach (compared to most Duffey routes)! Ensure you are well rested, nourished and hydrated, with headlamps on board. Best chance of success would be to hotel it in Lillooet. Some pics below in the Gallery

Highway 97 – Enderby Cliffs Provincial Park

Mythologic has been getting some traffic lately. Details on the approach (punched in trail) and ice conditions on gravsports.
