January 19, 2013 Ice Climbing Report (Thanks Lee)

Highway 99 South – Pemberton

Lee Purvis and Francis St-Pierre climbed The Plum today (Jan 19). The climb went well, but made for a long 12-hour car-to-car day. Four hours of that was descent, as the climb is 650 meters from car to top. The climb is hard to find and has lengthy marches up the hill between tiers. The route is in good shape, but with some funky ice. Pics below:
